TERMS RELATED TO PAYMENTS OF MONTHLY CONTRIBUTIONS
When you create your donation or Boost plan, your first payment will be taken immediately when you register.
Each month after that, your next monthly donation will be taken on the same day you signed up. For example, if you sign up on June 10th, your next donation will be taken on the following July 10th.
You can cancel your donation at any time in your online account. You will still be eligible for charity updates and automatic entry into rewards sweepstakes during any monthly term you have paid for.
Requests for refunds will be acknowledged and issued in accordance with the consumer contracts regulations (2013).
Any requests for refunds which are received 14 days after a contribution is made will be treated on a case by case basis.
TERMS RELATED TO ONLINE ACCOUNTS
The operator, MyWorld Inc., may terminate, vary or suspend the access to online accounts for breach of these terms, general maintenance, or any other reasonable measures.
It is the responsibility of the user to make sure that all signup details are accurate and true. Setting up an account with someone else’s information is strictly prohibited.
The sharing of accounts and multiple accounts are prohibited and access to the services will be revoked if a user and/or users are found to have multiple or shared accounts.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN ANY SWEEPSTAKES. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES. A CONTRIBUTION OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE.

From time to time there may be additional trees added to players accounts as a “bonus”. For every tree added, MyWorld will make a donation to Conservation International of $0.10 or equivalent amount in a player’s local currency.

Prizes for sweepstakes draws may change from time to time, but prize amounts will never change once a sweepstake has opened. Please check these terms and conditions for the most recent prize structure. All prizes are non-refundable, and cannot be substituted or exchanged.
FREE PRIZE DRAW ENTRY DEADLINE
The deadline to enter the sweepstake or draw will be the preceding Monday. Any postal entries received after this deadline will be added to the next draw.
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENTS
All winners will be notified by email that they have won and publicly available previous winner information will be made available upon request.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE ?
Eligible entrants must be at least 18 years old to win a prize. All entrants must verify their age and identity before claiming a prize.
Entrants must not be residents of Belgium, Cuba, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Italy, North Korea, Singapore, Sudan, Syria or Thailand. Any entries from residents of the aforementioned countries will be deemed ineligible and are non-refundable. Entries are also subject to all local laws and certain conditions in foreign jurisdictions may prevent the issuing of a prize.
Employees, officers, or immediate family members of the charity partners, sponsors or contest promoters are not eligible to receive a prize.
Entrants may be required to confirm their age, identity and location before they can receive a cash prize. Cash prizes must be claimed with registered email and signup details.
METHODS OF ENTRY
We offer three methods of entry:
AUTOMATIC ENTRY WITH CONTRIBUTION:
To make a donation and contribute to our amazing cause, you can select the boost plan which has a given amount of automatic entries. A participant can find these boost plan inside the app or select from any of our donation plans on the website.
AUTOMATIC ENTRY WITH STREAKS:
Users entries can be determined by the amount of daily action streaks they have at the time of the sweepstakes draw. Daily action streaks can be viewed in the user account at any time. Users can accumulate streaks without any monetary contribution.
TO ENTER FOR FREE VIA POST:

Postal entries are given the average amount of entries, and are treated the same as entries by donation, and have the same chance of winning as entries by donation.
Opportunities to win with a contribution plan occur only once per sweepstake or draw, you can also only enter one time by post for a given sweepstake or draw. Postal entries will grant you entries for the 30 day window in which they are received.
SELECTION PROCESS
Winners (subject to eligibility) will be chosen via an independent cryptographically secure pseudo-random number generator (CSPRNG) These are random generators, which guarantee that the random numbers coming from them are absolutely unpredictable. CSPRNG satisfy the next-bit test and withstand the state compromise extensions to ensure fairness, and goes above and beyond regular computer applications which include random functionality.
AWARDING PRIZES
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries an entrant has per draw.
Winners may be required to sign paperwork re-confirming their eligibility as a winner.
No purchase, payment, contribution is necessary to enter or win a prize.
The winner will have 45 days to claim their prize, at which point they will either be added back into the rewards pool, or donated to the charity.
DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS RAISED
All entrants acknowledge that after payment processing & Other associated transaction fees, 40% of all funds raised will go to the charity partner.

None of the promoter, the charity partner and its affiliated and related entities, and/or member clubs, or any associated bodies, sponsors or partners shall be liable in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise in connection with this fundraising initiative for:
(a) loss of revenue, contract, profits, business or anticipated savings or loss of data;
(b) any special or indirect or consequential losses;
(c) any loss of goodwill or reputation; or
(d) the loss of opportunity to enter a fundraising initiative and/or right to receive a prize

TERMS RELATED TO REFORESTATION COSTS
All participants acknowledge that while reforestation costs are based on actual previous operating costs, these costs are an average and may vary from time to time.
Participants also acknowledge that the protected and planted trees represented in their accounts are only approximate representations of the actual work being done and do not relate to specific trees, but rather an average across the many projects supported by MyWorld & Conservation International.
REFERRAL PROGRAM
GENERAL
The MyWorld referral program allows all MyWorld players to financially participate and benefit in the growth of the site by receiving rewards for qualifying users they refer to MyWorld.
From time to time, MyWorld makes changes to this program. MyWorld reserves the right to make changes to the referral program (including terminating the program entirely) in the future.
ELIGIBILITY
All registered MyWorldusers are eligible for the Referral Program, except in cases where an account has been suspended from MyWorld or from participating in the referral program.

QUALIFYING PERSON
A Qualified Person is a person, other than the referrer, who does not have any other accounts registered with MyWorld.
DISQUALIFICATIONS
Users will not receive credit for referring to themselves, or any member of their immediate family or household. Qualifying Referrals cannot have an existing MyWorld account. An account established for the primary purpose of collecting referral fees will not receive credit for referrals.
Payment and withdrawal information may be reviewed in order to ensure that the referrer is not funding the referred in order to take advantage of the referral program. Referrals determined not to follow these rules may have payments suspended at any time. Commissions earned from referred players who have not followed program rules may be retroactively removed from user accounts, and user's violating program rules may face suspension from the MyWorld referral program.
If one of your referrals is deemed (through the use of a promo code or other tracking) to have been introduced to MyWorld via another source, we will not pay referral fees to you for that user. All referrals and accounts are subject to review. MyWorld reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or disqualify an account from the referral program or nullify the payment of certain referral credits if it determines such referrals to be inconsistent with the proper spirit of the MyWorld Referral Program.
OPEN BANKING
MyWorld customers can link alternative bank/payment accounts to the app in order to view transactions.
- MyWorld uses an Account Information Service Provider (AISP) to access and display a customer’s alternative bank account transaction information only when you give your bank explicit consent to allow access to that information.
- This consent is managed in the MyWorld app via connections to your bank/payment institution and these connections can be unlinked by you at any time.
- You will be asked every 90 days to re-consent to this open banking connection to continue to see additional bank transactions in the MyWorld app from your linked accounts. If you do not re-consent, 90 days after your last consent, the connection will be stopped, and you will no longer see or be able to offset those transactions (unless you re-authorise).
- This ‘Open Banking’ connection is a regulated service, provided by MyTrees as an agent of Plaid Financial Ltd., an authorised payment institution regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (Firm Registration Number: 804718) for the provision of payment services, including account information services. MyTrees is an authorised agent of Plaid with the FCA (firm reference number 945438).
